Week 9 4/12 – 4/18

Welcome back!

This week has been an interesting one. Back in march or so I joined a club called ” Young Life college”. Pretty interesting in my opinion. there was something like this club back in my high school but I never got the chance to join them. Joining them in college was a great decision especially since I was able to find a space that I felt comfortable being myself throughout the whole pandemic we are going through. I recently shared my life story and boy was that emotional for me. Every 2 weeks we get 2 volunteers from the group to share their stories to understand who they are as a person. I guess I could say that, to understand me, you need to understand what I’ve gone through with my parents and religion. I usually don’t find comfort in it but sharing that story made me feel good about myself. It made me realize that I am a complete reflection of my parents. Saying that I mean I am the opposite of them completely.

Going by that I have completely grown as a person in where I felt as though I am determined in what I in life and each assignment in this English class has been going deeper and deeper into cars. Right now my lab report is based on the effects of aerodynamics on different vehicle shapes. I have learned many new things that I didn’t know before but, one thing that caught my attention was how aerodynamics can help cars save fuel. With a car that has a router body shape, a car is able to use less fuel due to being allowing to push through the air without much drag or resistance. Allowing for drivers to save money.

That’s all for now I will get back to you all next week when my lab report is completely finished. Have a good one!
